Responsibilities:
- Carry out contract documentation and preparation relating to tender acceptance and contract execution.
- Study the scope of work of the tender; Estimate Budget, Prepare time schedule to pricing tender, Quotation list, List out raw material.
- Request quotation, make a comparison, built up rate and pricing tender.
- Oversee negotiation and procurement of materials and equipment during project duration.
- Oversee preparation of BQ, variation orders, cost estimate, cost control and budgeting.
- Responsible for claims and cost management in which able to prepare progress claims, final account, valuation of contracts works and familiar with contractual claims.
- To prepare valuation of subcontractors' progress claim, re measurement and variation of works.
- Attend the Site meeting and Client meeting in order to solve any problem that may arise.
- Assist project team in letter / report writing and correspondences.
- Any ad-hoc task as assigned by project manager.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma holder, Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Project Documentation, AutoCAD.
- Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills. Strong aptitude for numbers and spreadsheets.
- Required language(s): We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
- Possess good organization & time management skills.
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Mature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good attitude toward team work.
- Possess own transport and laptop.
