Our client, a prominent player in the IT consulting industry, is a growing software development company specializing in innovative business software solutions, including ERP, CRM, and e-invoicing systems. They partner with corporate clients across Malaysia to create robust, scalable, and user-focused applications.

They are currently looking for a passionate and self-driven Software Developer with 3–4 years of experience to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong backend development skills in , with additional frontend experience in React Native or seen as a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain backend services using
  • Handle both frontend and backend tasks as needed (React Native or experience is a plus)
  • Collaborate with internal team members and outsourced developers to ensure seamless project integration
  • Participate in system design and architecture discussions
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
  • Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and continuous improvement
  • Attend occasional in-person meetings at coworking spaces, client offices, or partner locations as required.

Requirements
:

  • 3–4 years of working experience in backend development using
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and database technologies (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Familiarity with Git-based version control and Agile development practices
  • Understanding of JWT, OAuth, and best practices for web APIs.
  • Knowledge of React Native and/or is a plus point
  • Experience with Jest, Mocha, or similar for unit/integration testing is a plus point
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment.
