Key Responsibilities

  1. Outbound Shipment Handling

  2. Prepare shipment traveler / documentation for outbound items.

  3. Ensure items are correctly packed per shipment specifications.
  4. Coordinate item handover to logistics providers and internal stakeholders.

  5. Track shipment status and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.

  6. Inventory & Lab Operations

  7. Execute daily operational work orders and inventory tasks.

  8. Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
  9. Support inventory audits, reporting, and item traceability.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum: SPM / SKM / Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and system updates.
  • Able to handle multi-task operations and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email systems).
  • Basic English communication and comprehension.
  • Comfortable working in a semiconductor lab or technical environment (training provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
