Responsibilities

· Conduct inspection and quality testing of incoming raw materials, in-process, and finished goods according to established standards.

· Support the team in performing microbiological, chemical, and physical tests as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Maintain and update quality records and documentation accurately.

· Assist in investigating and reporting non-conforming products.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA/QC department.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.

· Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

· Passionate about quality assurance and eager to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
