Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to senior leadership in operations, planning, commercial, and contractual matters.
  • Oversee asset management processes, ensuring plant performance, compliance, lifecycle optimisation, and sustainability.
  • Administer and manage key contracts including EPCC, PPAs, commercial agreements, asset management, and claims.
  • Review and resolve contractual issues, prepare documentation, and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead project planning and scheduling, blending technical proficiency with commercial and operational insights.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and operational management of power infrastructure projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in power plant operations, planning, contract, or commercial functions.
  • Valid Steam Engineer Certificate of Competency will be an added advantage.
  • Strong technical knowledge of combined cycle power plants with proven O&M exposure.
  • Proven track record in EPCC contract management, commercial agreements, and PPA frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of energy and power infrastructure project development, implementation, and operation.
  • Excellent skills in contract administration, planning, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
