About the role

Easyland is seeking an experienced Inspection Engineer to join our team in Kulai, Johor. involve conducting comprehensive inspections and assessments of our production equipment and facilities to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing :

  1. Performing scheduled and ad-hoc inspections of production machinery, buildings, and infrastructure.
  2. Identifying and documenting any issues, defects, or areas of concern.
  3. Recommending corrective actions and repairs to maintain equipment in optimal condition.
  4. Collaborating with maintenance and operations teams to coordinate inspection schedules and implement improvements.
  5. Preparing detailed inspection reports and presenting findings to management.
  6. Ensuring all inspections comply with relevant safety regulations and company policies.
  7. Familiarity with IATF16949 and VDA6.3 and production process of automotive engine turbochargers.

What we're looking for :

  1. Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience as an Inspection Engineer or in a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and quality control procedures.
  4. Proficient in using inspection equipment and data collection tools.
  5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and report-writing skills.
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
  7. Able to speak and read in Chinese with fluently or intermediate level.
