We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Inspectors of Work to join our dynamic project team for Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) substation projects (switchyard/building). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about ensuring quality, compliance, and excellence in engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the Consultant's Inspector of Work at project sites, ensuring all construction works comply with TNB's quality standards, drawings, and specifications.
  • Support the project engineers and managers in implementing, monitoring, and controlling project quality.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in drawings/documents by liaising with consultants and the project team.
  • Monitor and control sub-contractors, in-house teams, and suppliers to ensure high-quality workmanship and material standards.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain all project reports and documentation in proper order.
  • Verify and update as-built technical drawings for project completion.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering (local university) OR Higher Diploma (local polytechnic) or equivalent.
  • Certified Inspector of Works (Board of Engineers Malaysia).
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience (experience with TNB substation projects is an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Willing to be based at project sites in Johor, Selangor, Perak, and Penang.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team-oriented, and highly responsible.
