Responsibility

  • Sales & Beauty Service
  • Offer personalized guidance to customers on beauty products & services.
  • Assess individual needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service – Smile, Greet & Offer Basket
  • Handle customer queries professionally and offer expert beauty advice.
  • Provide beauty services such as express makeovers, skin checks, and gift wrapping.
  • Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling of company products and promotions.

Makeup Artist Responsibilities (Special Roles)

  • Perform professional makeup applications, ensuring flawless and long-lasting results.
  • Provide personalized beauty consultations, understanding customer preferences to recommend the best makeup and skincare products.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge.
