Ant International-Senior Business Development Manager

Job description
- Responsible for the expansion of Islamic finance credit products in Malaysia, with primary focus on Sharia-compliant financing solutions including SME financing, personal financing, and consumer credit products, alongside corporate financing and supply chain finance solutions. - Conduct market research and business development for Islamic financial products, ensuring full compliance with Sharia law and Malaysian regulatory requirements while designing competitive commercial strategies. - Drive partnerships with local Islamic financial institutions and stakeholders to establish market presence and achieve sustainable business growth in Malaysia and the global Islamic finance sector.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
Background in Islamic studies, Sharia law, or Islamic banking principles strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of proven experience in the Islamic finance sector with a deep understanding of Sharia-compliant financial products, Islamic banking operations, consumer behavior, and the regulatory environment.
- Business development track record in fintech or Islamic banking with a good understanding of credit products, risk management, and customer acquisition.
Existing network with Malaysian Islamic communities and financial institutions highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with analytical capabilities and proven ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel regionally with international business experience preferred.
