Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial results, robust internal controls, and efficient month-end and year-end closing processes in line with global standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the finance team to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of finance processes.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP&A, Tax, and Operations to ensure consistent financial data.
  • Manage internal and external audit processes and maintain strong control frameworks.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance development for the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP and internal control principles.
  • Proven experience in shared services or multinational environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems
