Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily student attendance in collaboration with homeroom teachers, recording absences and tardiness accurately.

  • Oversee students' commitment to cleanliness in classrooms and shared areas, promoting respect for the school environment.
  • Enforce proper student behavior during school hours, ensuring compliance with the school's behavior and conduct policies.
  • Supervise the morning assembly, promoting punctuality and orderly behavior in coordination with assigned teachers.
  • Prepare teacher duty schedules for recess and break times and ensure compliance.
  • Be present during break times to ensure student safety, positive interaction, and respectful behavior.
  • Support the timely arrival of teachers to their classes and report any recurring issues to the academic supervisor for further action.
  • Establish and manage a student scout team to support discipline efforts, assigning responsibilities and monitoring their performance.
  • Collaborate actively with school leadership and teaching staff on all matters related to discipline and student activities.
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and organized school environment that supports learning and student well-being.
  • Attend leadership or planning meetings when needed and provide suggestions to improve discipline and activity programs.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by school leadership.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education or a related field.
  • Previous experience in student activity coordination or student supervision.
  • Strong skills in organization, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to create and manage schedules effectively and follow through on implementation.
  • A firm yet flexible personality capable of managing student discipline in a constructive and supportive manner.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 7:40 AM - 2:30PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
