Position Summary:

As a Business Development Executive, you are responsible for ensuring the achievement and continual growth of any channel's sales and profit objectives to support Cloud HRMS Software and Accounting software.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Focus on B2B sales growth for Cloud HRMS Software and Accounting Software.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation/receive leads from sales admin team, prospecting, demo presentations, to client onboarding.
  • Provide presales technical and functional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales KPIs set by the company.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management promptly.
  • Participate in the trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences to promote Info-Tech Cloud HRMS Software and Accounting Software solutions.
  • Engage and influence new customers to use Info-Tech products.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Main Requirements:

  • Preferably Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales, preferably in B2B, SaaS, IT, or software solutions.
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu. (Mandarin is a PLUS)
  • Basic understanding of Malaysian statutory requirements (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, Employment Act) is an advantage.
  • Strong client relationship management and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
