Central Monitoring System (CMS) Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track company trucks through the GPS system to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
  • Identify hazard / alarm / incident and triggers (including both normal set standards and emergency responses).
  • Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments in cases of violations, route deviations, or irregularities.
  • Response to live communication with road users via dedicated Phone system
  • Provides relevant Daily, Weekly and Monthly information and statistic report to immediate supervisor and road transport team (such as Transport and Haulage) for analysis to determine trends affecting the operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Compliance Team to support investigations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • To assist and disseminate action plan during emergency crisis.

Education Qualification

  • Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in Safety, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to work on shift rotation including weekends and Public Holidays

Experience Requirements

  • Expressive and MUST be computer literate with the Microsoft Office application
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is an added advantage.

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Possess a strong willingness to learn, with a positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Good communication skills both oral and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
