JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

Full technical ownership in testing program conversion from tester platforms including both test hardware and test software development following BEMT testing strategy for cost reduction and production optimization in terms of cycle time and production flow

Test program optimization project implementation including test time and test yield improvement, OEE improvement related to testing issue, Quality improvement projects following the alignment between BEMT and Division.

• Test application, able to develop test program including hardware and software development to perform ATE testing
• Burn-in drivers programming will be an adder bonus expertise
• Knowledge in PCB electronics and experience in using schematics and test program for troubleshoot issues
• Good skillset in manufacturing test sustaining, able to perform design change and optimizations as ONE stop solution provider
• Good technical report writing and communication skills to product owner / designer from divisions is a bonus expertise

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical&Electronics Engineering

Testing knowhow

• Tester platform HW and SW such as Flex, A565, T2K, ETS364/800

• Burn in concept, BIB, drivers,

• Programming knowhow such as C/C++, Visual basic
• Quality concepts in testing development such as PAT, ANOVA
• Debug tools

Statistical knowhow

• Software tools data elaboration
• Main statistical concepts such as mean, cp/cpk, sigma
• Data robustness concept
• Production data elaboration for yield monitor and comparison between test cells

Production knowhow

• Production procedures, FT, QA, 
• Production equipment in testing area (handler, finishing, marking)
• Process flow following quality requirements (Inline QA, JVT, Relative test)

Technical knowhow

• • Cooperation with other technical teams for data exchange
• Strong attitude versus commitments for own task delivery
• Communicate with data
• Fast learning on the job
• Deep attention to technical details
• Proactivity and problem solving
