Key Responsibilities:
- Provide field service support including installation, maintenance, integration, and user training for medical equipment solutions.
- Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting on a range of medical equipment.
- Train key operators on the correct and safe usage of medical equipment.
- Install and integrate systems into client environments, either remotely or on-site.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and technical support.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with a background in Biomedical Engineering are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of computer and server repair and their integration with medical equipment is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and technical writing skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records of repairs, calibrations, and testing procedures.
- Self-motivated, with a strong orientation toward customer satisfaction.
- Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel as required.
- Friendly personality with good communication skills.
