What You'll Do

  • Team Support — Provide administrative support to the marketing/sales team, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Presentations & Proposals — Prepare and deliver clear, impactful sales presentations and proposals.
  • Data & Records — Maintain and update marketing databases and customer records to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communication Handling — Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
  • Campaign Coordination — Assist in planning, coordinating, and participating in marketing events and campaigns.
  • Office Operations — Handle general office duties such as filing, document management, inventory management, and allocation planning (SAPS knowledge is essential).

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year in an administrative, operations, or marketing support role (fresh graduates are encourage to apply as training will be provided).
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia to support internal personnel and clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — both internally (team members) and externally (principals).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience using SAP system is required.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and marketing/sales concepts is an advantage.
