What you'll be doing

  1. Hands on to the full spectrum of HR functions including Payroll Management, Compensation and Benefits, Foreign Worker Management, Training & Development (HRDF)
  2. Handle and liaise with statutory bodies/government agencies on all matters pertaining to employees
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  4. Analyse HR Data and metrics to identify trend and opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to management
  5. Handle and oversee on applications for government-related matters (e.g., HRDF, SOCSO, MITI, etc.).
  6. Any other relevant duties which may be assigned by management from time to time
  7. Lead and oversee the HR/Admin team for the company

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience in HR management role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
  3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese will be added advantages
  4. Excellent knowledge of labour laws and regulations
  5. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information

Location: Parit Kassim, Muar (Factory SELAMAT on the road side)

Working Hours: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (5 days week)
