Key Responsibilities :

• The Junior Butler (Food & Beverages Assistant) at The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat serves as a Food and Guest Services Specialist, supporting the Food & Beverages Department in ensuring seamless operations and efficient administration of its services.
• To provide comprehensive supports in department operations activities such as Food & Beverages operations setup, bartending, service and ordering activities, operations coordination and delivery movement, sanitation processes, welcoming ceremony, guest and clientele communications, and more.
• To provide comprehensive support in administration including administrating the Food & Beverages in-house system, point-of-sale transaction, filing, managing report generation, and more.
• Possessed abilities in executing professional and ethical communication in every platform.
• Possessed abilities in maintaining professional and ethical relationship between stakeholder, employer, colleagues, and third-parties.
• To provide comprehensive support in department's financial aspect such open-close cashiering, asset inventories, and more.
• Possessed abilities in adapting the modernization of system and work-flow accords to industrial revolutions.
• Performing professional and harmonious working relationships with stakeholder, employer, employee and third-parties.
• Strictly bound to Occupational, Safety, and Health regulations ruled by the authorities bodies and company regulation while performing duties.
• Strictly bound to rules, regulations and policies sets by the company in every aspect such grooming standard, rules to live by guideline, act's of misconduct guideline.
• Performing any duties or responsibilities assigned by management as required, ensuring they are executed efficiently, to the highest standard, and without failure.

Position Requirements :

• 5 working days in a week with shift-type work schedules.
• Certificate, Diploma, Degree (or above) in Food & Beverage Services, and more.
• Additional certification such as Customer Service, and more.
• Fresh graduates or 1-years experience in Food & Beverages Assistant role.
• Experienced serviced in luxury hotels or resort.
• Great communication or interpersonal skills.
• Technology savvy, and more.
• To possess and maintain the required skills, knowledge, abilities, and certifications in accordance with applicable international or local standards, as mandated by relevant laws and regulations, and to update them as necessary from time to time.
