We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Glory Blitz Industries Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects. What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, site policies, and quality control measures
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site activities and performance
  • Provide on-site training and support to construction workers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the wider project team to identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency measures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving project success
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Familiarity with relevant construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
