Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Executive with expertise in AutoCount payroll software to handle end-to-end payroll processing. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance with labor laws, and efficient payroll management while maintaining employee records and statutory contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing & Administration:

  • Process and manage monthly payroll using AutoCount Payroll software.
  • Ensure accurate salary calculations, including overtime, allowances, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Manage statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and ensure timely submissions.
  • Prepare and distribute payslips to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Generate payroll reports and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports to government agencies (LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO).
  • Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll.

Employee Support & Coordination:

  • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees.
  • Work closely with HR and Finance teams on salary adjustments, new hires, and resignations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, leave balances, and attendance data.

System Management & Process Improvement:

  • Ensure smooth operation of AutoCount Payroll system and troubleshoot issues when needed.
  • Implement best practices for payroll efficiency and accuracy.
  • Recommend payroll process improvements to enhance compliance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in payroll processing, with hands-on experience in AutoCount Payroll software.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, taxation, and statutory contributions.
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information.
