Telemarketing Executive (E-Commerce Insurance)

Contract: 6 months

Location: Menara Southpoint (On-site)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary

  • Base Salary: RM 2,800
  • Commission: Competitive, performance-based ( Basic + Comms up to RM4k or more)

What You'll Do

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to introduce a range of insurance products (Motor, Travel, Personal Accident, and more)
  • Deliver personalized, needs-based conversations that help customers choose the right coverage
  • Manage and follow up on leads efficiently using our CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Stay informed on the latest insurance products, promos, pricing, and regulations
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth lead flow and campaign execution
  • Share insights on scripts, objections, and customer trends to enhance tele sales performance
  • Work closely with the Business Development Lead to report results and optimize strategies

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in tele sales, customer service, or the insurance industry is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Persuasive, proactive, and target-driven
  • Able to work independently while thriving in a team setting
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail and professionalism
  • Comfortable with an office-based work environment
  • Willing to undergo basic product or compliance training if required
