Job Description:

  • Assist Directors with daily operations and provide timely reports.
  • Manage case and incident filings, and prepare reports, letters, and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and teams.
  • Support strategic partnerships and business growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate and conduct surveys, events, and activities.
  • Supervise and guide frontline staff to ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, maintain a tidy workspace, and stay updated on company products and services.
  • Offer recommendations to enhance company efficiency and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Be available for on-call duties, overtime, and outstation travel when required.
  • Foster a teamwork spirit and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Possess at Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Good communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Friendly, professional personality.
  • Flexible with on-call duties and outstation travel.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • At least 1 year of Business Administration is an added advantage.
  • Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.
