Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site construction activities.
  • Ensure projects are completed in accordance with design, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and manage construction schedules, manpower plans, and progress reports.
  • Monitor site operations, including health and safety compliance, labor productivity, and resource allocation to ensure timely procurement of materials and resources.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Resolve any issues, delays, or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills and liaise with clients and regulatory authorities as needed.
  • Requires strong leadership, excellent coordination skills, and in-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and compliance regulations.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel or relocate based on project location.
