ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We're on the lookout for a service driven finance officer 5 years' experience to help us develop & achieve our growth strategies.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll be a key person within the Finance team & will need to be experienced in accounts payable and payroll processes.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Officer (APAC) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Finance Officer will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of financial records across multiple international subsidiaries. The role includes, but not limited to:

  • three-way matching of invoices & expense coding
  • vendor/customer reconciliations
  • weekly payroll processing

The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and the ability to maintain robust financial records.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong knowledge of financial processes - such as accounts payable and payroll
  • Strong proficiency in English
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Diploma in Accounting, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role (manufacturing experience desirable)
