  • Preventative Maintenance of all electrical equipment, repair installation and alterations through the complex as needed.
  • To operate and control all A/C equipment (VRF, air handling units, fan coil units and A/C control panels).To undertake all daily maintenance repairs and services of all plumbing works in all areas of the club.
  • To liase closely with all other departments and co-ordinate all repair works in order to minimize club guests and club operations complaints.
  • Carry out work issued by Facilities Manager from start through completion with minimum assistance. Maintaining a high standard of performance and pride in workmanship.
  • Complete all work/ repairs in a safe, efficient and professional manner.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are in good running condition at all times and are properly stored and accounted for.
  • Maintain a sufficient supply of all parts to ensure constant availability at all times.
  • Ensure working areas are tidy and left reasonable clean at the end of a work day.
  • Maintain an accurate and efficient log of all important activities.
  • Ensure that all relevant policies & procedures of Club House are adhered to.
  • To perform any additional functions in other sections where appropriate or any tasks as directed by the Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
