Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and engaging Part-Time Live Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to connect with audiences, create an engaging atmosphere, and host live-streamed events on various platforms. As a live host, you will be responsible for entertaining, informing, and interacting with viewers during live broadcasts, ensuring a positive and interactive experience for the audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host Live Events: Lead and present live-streamed events, product launches, shows, or broadcasts across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, video streaming, etc.).
  • Audience Interaction: Engage with viewers in real-time by responding to comments, answering questions, and creating a lively, interactive atmosphere.
  • Content Presentation: Present products, services, or content in a clear, engaging, and entertaining manner, maintaining the attention and interest of the audience.
  • Promote Products/Services: When applicable, promote products, services, or special offers during the live stream in an authentic and appealing way.
  • Maintain Energy and Enthusiasm: Keep the energy level high throughout the live stream, ensuring an entertaining and enjoyable experience for the audience.
  • Coordinate with Production Team: Work closely with the production and technical team to ensure smooth broadcasts and adherence to the schedule.
  • Manage Technical Issues: Be able to adapt and manage any technical difficulties or interruptions that may occur during the live stream.
  • Track Viewer Engagement: Monitor audience engagement levels and adjust your approach to keep viewers interested and involved throughout the broadcast.
  • Follow Brand Guidelines: Ensure that all content presented aligns with the company's brand tone and style, representing the company professionally.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly, confidently, and engagingly in front of a camera.
  • Outgoing and Charismatic: Comfortable being the center of attention and can easily connect with an online audience.
  • Social Media Savvy: Experience using various social media platforms and live-streaming tools (e.g., Instagram Live, Facebook Live, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Customer-Focused: Ability to engage with viewers in a way that encourages positive interaction, participation, and loyalty.
  • Creative and Adaptable: Ability to think on your feet and adjust your approach based on real-time feedback from the audience.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of live-streaming technology, cameras, and microphones; willing to learn and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a live host, presenter, or in a related field (such as public speaking or entertainment) is a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with live streaming platforms like Instagram Live, Facebook Live, Twitch, or YouTube.
  • Previous experience in retail, product promotion, or customer service can be an advantage.
