Responsibilities
- Identify networking and opportunities with new prospects and client
- Introduce the company's business to client and achieving revenue target
- Attend the site visit and tender submission
- Prepare technical specification for proposal submission
- Prepare technical and sales presentations, quotations & work progress reports
- Provide technical support and solutions to customer requirements
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, engineers and architects
- Good follow up and organizing skills
- Support the Sales & Marketing team
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree's in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent
- Preferably Engineer specializing in Engineering - Civil / Construction / Structural / Waterproofing or equivalent
- Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- knowledge in Concrete Assessment will be an added advantage
- minimum 2 years experience as Technical person and with sales background
- able to travel outstation (frequently)
- Knowledge in AutoCad, Microsoft Project, StaadPro etc will be an added advantage
