Key Position

Spearhead the design and implementation of advanced automation systems, including the Flexible Dipping Line Project and the automation roadmap for our packaging plant. Your leadership will be key in optimizing production workflows and integrating innovative technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead Innovative Dipping Line Projects. Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for dipping lines.
  • Collaborate with Digitalization manager and cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential automation opportunities.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of dipping line automation projects, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the implementation of automation solutions.
  • Develop and implement automation roadmap and strategies for packaging plant.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of automation systems, making improvements as necessary.
  • Create and maintain documentation for automation processes, including design documents, process maps, and technical specifications.
  • Provide training and support to end users of automation systems.

Capabilities; Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's or master's in engineering, Automation, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in automation project management, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in automation technologies, including robotic systems, PLCs, and AI.
  • Understanding of industry standards and regulations related to automation.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and implementing automation projects that improve efficiency and productivity
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and work in a team environment when needed. Individual and team contributor that has good interpersonal skills.
