We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Mondrian Hotel. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing key accounts within the corporate and leisure travel sectors. Your role will focus on maximizing business potential through strategic sales initiatives and daily proactive engagement with clients to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities and manage existing corporate and leisure accounts to achieve revenue goals.
  • Conduct at least 5 sales solicitation appointments daily, including calls, site inspections, and meetings.
  • Maintain and update client databases, respond promptly to correspondence, and manage contract negotiations.
  • Represent the hotel at industry trade shows, local associations, and community events.
  • Implement sales action plans aligned with the hotel's revenue and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.
  • Lead and mentor sales executives and coordinators within the sales team.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely feedback to management.
  • Coordinate familiarization (FAM) trips and site inspections for potential clients.
  • Prepare sales reports, manage schedules, and complete administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven success in corporate sales within the hospitality industry.
  • Established network within the corporate market segment, including event planners and industry professionals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong results-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
