We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Senior Manager, Finance & Accounts to lead our finance team. This role will be responsible for the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements. This role requires hands-on leadership in financial reporting, corporate finance activities, and continuous improvement of internal processes to support the company's growth and strategic objectives.

What you need to have:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional qualification (ACCA) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Experience in a public listed company handling full set accounts is our preference.
  • Experience in corporate finance is an added advantage.
  • Strong and sound technical knowledge of financial reporting standards
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
