is seeking a
Risk Dealer
to join our
Kuala Lumpur team
— someone with strong market awareness, technical discipline, and an analytical mindset to oversee trading risk and execution efficiency across multiple asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the company's
    exposure and risk book
    in real time across all products (FX, metals, indices, crypto).
  • Execute and monitor
    hedging activities
    with liquidity providers in accordance with internal guidelines.
  • Ensure smooth
    trade flow, pricing integrity, and order execution
    between front-end platforms (MT4/MT5) and liquidity venues.
  • Identify, analyse, and manage
    toxic flow, latency arbitrage, and high-risk trading behaviour
    .
  • Support in developing and fine-tuning
    risk models, thresholds, and alert systems
    .
  • Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to resolve trade discrepancies and ensure accurate trade capture.
  • Provide daily and weekly
    risk exposure reports
    and P&L analysis to management.
  • Monitor
    market events, volatility, and liquidity
    conditions to ensure stable risk coverage.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    1–3 years of dealing or risk management experience
    in a Forex / CFD brokerage environment.
  • Solid understanding of
    different models
    ,
    hedging logic
    , and
    liquidity management
    .
  • Familiarity with
    MT4/MT5 Manager, Bridge, or risk management systems
    .
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools is an advantage.
  • Able to work
    shift schedules
    (including morning/evening rotation) and under fast-moving market conditions.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills in English (Mandarin is a must).
