JOB PURPOSE

  • The Project Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role plays a key part in implementing new projects, analyzing data, and improving HR processes through technology.
  • The analyst works closely with the project team and business stakeholders to document business processes and requirements; execute data migration activities (including extracting, analyzing and transforming).

JOB CONTENT

  • Identify and execute project tasks, including reviewing and documenting business processes.
  • Able to compile and analyze business information and requirements
  • Able to write project documentation including functional specification, business process procedure, business impact analysis, communication and training materials.
  • Strong data analytical skills, experience with Workday data structures, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Use tools such as Excel, or Power Query for data extraction, analysis and transformation.
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities during Workday implementation or data migration.
  • Monitor data accuracy and support data governance initiatives.
  • Assist with administrative tasks within the project.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in HRIS/Business analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate a significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (engagement, presentation, written, and listening).
  • Good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with project team and stakeholders.
  • Experience in tailoring communication to different audiences.
  • Familiarity with relevant projects or communication tools and technologies e.g. MS Office, Power Query, Smartsheet, SharePoint and others.
