We are seeking a Cost Analyst to strengthen our costing function and support digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on accurate product costing, BOM validation, and cost variance analysis, while assisting in the rollout of AI-powered BOM structures and Microsoft D365 ERP under the guidance of the project lead. Key Responsibilities:

·       Prepare and validate product cost breakdowns, including material, labor, and overhead.

·       Analyze cost variances and identify improvement opportunities.

·       Assist in structuring BOM data for AI-powered cost estimation models.

·       Support integration of costing logic into Microsoft D365 ERP workflows.

·       Maintain accurate costing templates and master data.

·       Generate cost reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.

·       Work closely with Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and System teams to ensure accurate data flow and proper integration of costing logic into operational and ERP processes.

·       Perform any other related tasks or projects as assigned by management to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

·       Degree in Accounting or Finance is required; Industrial Engineering or related manufacturing background is preferred. An IT or data analytics background (ERP systems, AI tools, Power BI) will be considered an added advantage..

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in costing or manufacturing finance.

·       Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas, Power Query).

·       Exposure to ERP systems (Microsoft D365 preferred).

·       IT or data analytics background is an added advantage (AI tools, Power BI, automation).

·       Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.
