  • Providing comprehensive after-sales support for our mass business segment.
  • Driving merchant retention and activation through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies and offers.
  • Managing all after-sales support tasks efficiently and within the agreed-upon turnaround time (TAT).
  • Handling change requests, maintenance, and requests for additional services.
  • Reviewing and adapting existing processes to ensure alignment with new products, services, or requirements.
  • Actively contributing to process transformation initiatives and merchant retention efforts.
  • Possess the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders within a workflow and others to achieve the desired output and completion.
  • Ability to ensure tasks are carried out effectively without any lapses.
