PTP Analyst

Our client is a reputable company in the global service hub supporting financial, legal, and administrative operations worldwide. In order to support the company's expansion and continuous improvement, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as PTP Analyst (Mandarin Speaker) – 1 year contract.

What You'll Do:

A key role in streamlining vendor management, ensuring seamless invoice processing, and driving accurate, on-time payments to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibility:

• Review, approve, and post invoices, ensuring consistency with system records.
• Manage inbound invoices from multiple sources, including Ariba network, central mailbox, digital archive, and EDI.
• Reconcile monthly payable reports to confirm payment accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors for master data updates and issue remittance advice as needed.
• Handle vendor inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, ensuring smooth setup and compliance with onboarding checks.
• Monitor and apply vendor credits to ensure accurate payments.
• Assist the PTP Director with early payment requests, prioritizing rush payments appropriately.
• Settle rush payments within the targeted timeframe.
• Manually input invoices into the financial system with accuracy.
• Generate invoices from purchase orders efficiently.
• Extract data for month-end reporting to support financial analysis.
• Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects, adapting to evolving business needs.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of PTP experience, with a solid understanding of end-to-end processes.
• Familiarity with SAP and Ariba; experience with S/4HANA is a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin (read and write), with the ability to communicate effectively in a business setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Effective communicator and collaborator, able to influence and convey key messages concisely.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, acting as a strategic partner in process efficiency.
