Job Scope / Skop Kerja: Admin Video

1. Pengurusan Fail dan Data Video

  • Mengurus dan menyusun semua file video (footage, draft, final) dengan sistem yang teratur.
  • Membuat folder, label, dan backup projek video di server, cloud, atau drive.
  • Memastikan semua file aman dan mudah diakses oleh tim editor atau kreatif.

2. Penjadualan & Koordinasi Produksi

  • Menyusun jadwal editing, upload, dan publikasi video.
  • Mengatur komunikasi antara editor, desainer, dan tim marketing/konten.
  • Memastikan deadline projek video dipatuhi.

3. Sokongan kepada Pasukan Video Editing

  • Membantu editor menyiapkan bahan seperti logo, intro, musik, atau caption.
  • Menyediakan metadata (judul, deskripsi, tag) sebelum video diunggah.
  • Mengurus perizinan musik, footage, atau hak cipta bila diperlukan.

4. Upload & Pengurusan Platform

  • Mengurus proses upload video ke platform seperti YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, atau laman web syarikat.
  • Menulis dan mengatur deskripsi, thumbnail, tag, serta playlist.
  • Memastikan semua konten mengikuti panduan brand dan platform.

5. Pemantauan & Laporan

  • Memantau performa video (view, like, comment, engagement).
  • Menyediakan laporan mingguan/bulanan kepada atasan atau tim marketing.
  • Memberi cadangan untuk peningkatan konten berdasarkan data analitik.

6. Pentadbiran Umum

  • Mengurus dokumen produksi seperti invois, purchase order, dan senarai projek.
  • Membantu pengurusan bajet dan perbelanjaan projek video.
  • Menyokong operasi harian pasukan video (meeting, dokumentasi, penyusunan jadual).

Kemahiran yang Diperlukan

  • Kemahiran asas komputer & pengurusan fail (Excel, Google Drive, dsb).
  • Pengetahuan asas tentang video editing software (contoh: Premiere Pro, CapCut, atau Canva Video).
  • Kemahiran komunikasi & organisasi yang baik.
  • Tahu asas pemasaran digital atau pengurusan media sosial adalah bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
