Job Description

The Dice Store Executive is responsible for managing overall Dice Store operations to ensure full support to production in meeting assembly loading plans and cycle time targets. The role involves overseeing dice receiving, storage, splitting, and issuance processes, as well as coordinating staff activities to maintain smooth operations and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily Dice Store operations including dice shipment receiving, dice bank storage, wafer splitting, and dice issuance to production.
  • Ensure timely and accurate material flow to meet assembly loading and production cycle time requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of dice movement, inventory, and system transactions.
  • Plan and delegate tasks to staff and operators to ensure smooth operation and proper workload balance.
  • Guide, train, and supervise staff and operators on new SOPs, system enhancements, and work procedures.
  • Support and resolve any operational or system-related issues promptly to avoid production interruptions.
  • Work closely with production, planning, and engineering teams to ensure material availability and operational efficiency.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy, and process control.
Education

Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Supply Chain, Logistics or any related filed.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or material control, preferably in semiconductor operations.
  • Strong understanding of dice store or wafer material handling processes.
  • Good knowledge of inventory control, system transactions, and material traceability.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, ERP).
  • Able to work independently and lead a small operational team effectively.
