Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Petaling Jaya. The Receptionist will handle day-to-day front desk operations including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include clerical and administrative support, maintaining a professional reception area, and coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills to support administrative tasks
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related computer applications is advantageous
