We specialize in social commerce, influencer marketing, and creative content across TikTok, Shopee, and other digital platforms.

We are also the first in the industry to integrate financial planning with K-beauty, providing a privileged and holistic service experience that empowers clients to look good, feel confident, and achieve true lifestyle balance.

We're looking for a creative Video Content Creator who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos that drive views, conversions, and brand interest.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, live-stream clips, and ad creatives) for ToGlow campaigns.
  • Shoot, direct, and edit videos that align with current social trends, K-beauty aesthetics, and campaign objectives.
  • Work with the marketing and design teams to develop storyboards, product demos, and social storytelling content.
  • Manage video production workflow, including lighting, shooting, audio, and post-production.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging content trends, viral styles, and platform algorithm changes.
  • Assist during live commerce sessions (TikTok, Shopee) to create highlight reels and promotional clips.
  • Collaborate with influencers and ambassadors for brand storytelling and product reviews.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in video content creation, social media production, or digital marketing.
  • Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Shopee Shop content dynamics and visual storytelling.
  • Skilled in shooting with mobile or DSLR cameras, with basic understanding of lighting and framing.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into scroll-stopping videos.
  • Bonus: Experience with beauty, fashion, or influencer marketing content.
