  1. IT Infrastructure Management:

    • Maintain, troubleshoot, and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.

    • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.

    • Coordinate and implement upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance for all IT systems.

  2. Technical Support:

    • Provide first-line IT support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

    • Manage the IT helpdesk system, ensuring prompt resolution of tickets and issues.

    • Train users on system functionalities, tools, and best practices.

  3. System Administration:

    • Perform user account management, including creation, modification, and deactivation across multiple systems.

    • Ensure data security through regular backups, monitoring, and compliance with data protection policies.

    • Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure optimal utilization of IT resources.

  4. Software and Applications Support:

    • Support and maintain industry-specific applications, including inventory management, and production tracking systems.

    • Collaborate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.

    • Test and deploy new software applications and updates as required.

  5. Network Management:

    • Monitor and manage the company's network to ensure connectivity and minimize downtime.

    • Troubleshoot network-related issues, including switches, routers, and wireless systems.

    • Implement and manage firewalls and other network security measures.

  6. Cybersecurity:

    • Implement and maintain IT security policies to protect the company from threats and vulnerabilities.

    • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with IT security standards.

    • Respond to and mitigate cybersecurity incidents, coordinating with external experts if necessary.

  7. Data and Reporting:

    • Manage and support database systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

    • Generate IT-related reports and provide insights to support HR and administration decision-making.

  8. Project Coordination:

    • Assist in IT-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

    • Collaborate with HR & Admin teams to align IT initiatives with operational needs.

    • Document project progress, milestones, and outcomes.

  9. Support for HR & Admin Functions:

    • Provide IT support for HR & Admin-specific systems, including attendance systems, payroll software, and document management tools.

    • Assist in streamlining administrative processes through IT solutions and automation.

  10. Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards related to IT in the food manufacturing industry.

    • Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
