What You'll Be Doing

As our Purchase Executive, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our factory and sales operations run smoothly through timely and accurate procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Purchasing & Cost Management: Negotiate with suppliers to secure best pricing, payment terms, and quality assurance.
• Procurement Planning & Inventory Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal departments to forecast material requirements and plan purchase schedules accordingly
• Supplier Management & Quality Assurance: Handle supplier performance reviews and address issues related to product defects, delays, or non-compliance.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient purchasing procedures, including standardization of material codes and order processing systems.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare monthly purchasing reports (cost analysis, supplier performance, delivery accuracy).

Who we're looking for

• Experience Needed: Minimum 1 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing or trading environment.
• Educational background: Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification in any field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build good relationships with suppliers.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking oversea suppliers.
