Involve Asia is a performance-based marketing company preferred and trusted by global brands for Affiliate Marketing solutions. The company owns 'Involve', the popular Affiliate Marketing platform connecting brands to their Publishers to achieve their advertising and marketing goals.

Involve's technology tools also enable web, mobile, and social Publishers to automate their Affiliate Marketing campaigns and optimize their earnings through intelligent product and service recommendations.

Set up in 2014, Involve Asia is headquartered in Malaysia and has since expanded its operation to Indonesia and Thailand. In 2017, Involve Asia was certified as an MSC-status company, recognized by the Government of Malaysia for its ICT-facilitated business.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in both frontend and backend development, capable of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and enhance our web applications.

What You'll Do

1) Fullstack Development & Ownership

  • Design, build, and maintain web applications across the full stack
  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code using modern frameworks
  • Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables

2) Technical Collaboration & Product Delivery

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
  • Troubleshoot and debug technical issues effectively and in a timely manner
  • System Design & Optimization
  • Participate in architectural reviews and technical decision-making
  • Optimize application performance and scalability
  • Contribute to system and codebase documentation

3) AI & Tooling Enablement

  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted coding platforms) to enhance productivity
  • Integrate and suggest tool improvements for team efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in fullstack development
  • Proficiency in , , Laravel, and PHP
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web architecture
  • Experience in building web applications using NextJS
  • Experience working with Blade templating engine
  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects forward
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in utilizing AI tools during development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, Cursor, Claude Code)
