Responsibilities/Role Description


• Conducting research, analysing data and preparing reports and presentations for the Executive Deputy Chairman


• Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling enquiries and correspondence on behalf of the Executive Deputy Chairman


• Assisting with the coordination of projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently


• Providing high-level administrative support, such as document preparation and expense management


• Supporting the Executive Deputy Chairman in any other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements


• Preferably Degree in Business Management or related field


• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities


• Must be proficient in Malay, English and Mandarin languages


• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision


• Familiarity with real estate and property management industry is a plus


• Ability to maintain high confidentiality at all times with integrity
