Key Responsibilities:

Event Preparation & Setup

Assist in planning and organizing team-building and recreational programs.

Prepare and set up activity areas, materials, props, and equipment.

Conduct safety checks before activities begin.

Coordinate with the event coordinator or team leader regarding logistics and schedules.

Activity Facilitation

Lead or co-facilitate games, challenges, workshops, and recreational sessions.

Explain rules, objectives, and safety guidelines clearly to participants.

Motivate and engage participants, ensuring full participation and enjoyment.

Adjust facilitation style based on group size, dynamics, and energy levels.

Safety & Supervision

Monitor participant safety throughout all activities.

Identify and respond to potential risks or injuries promptly and appropriately.

Ensure equipment is used properly and safely.

Coordination & Communication

Work closely with the organizing team and fellow facilitators to execute smooth event flow.

Communicate effectively with participants and handle inquiries professionally.

Report any issues or incidents to the team leader or supervisor.

Post-Event Tasks

Assist in dismantling setups and packing away materials.

Conduct inventory checks of equipment and supplies.

Support in collecting participant feedback and evaluating program success.

Help document the event (photos, attendance, reports, etc.) if required.

Required:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Energetic, approachable, and enthusiastic personality

Good leadership and group management abilities

Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic situations

Physically fit and able to perform outdoor or active tasks

Basic first aid knowledge (advantageous)

Team player with a positive and professional attitude

No experience is needed, as training will be provided.
