Provide administrative, operational, and sales support to ensure smooth daily operations of the car rental business — covering reservations, customer service, fleet coordination, and licensing compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reservation & Sales – Handle booking inquiries, prepare quotations, confirm reservations, promote rental packages, and assist in achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Administration – Manage rental agreements, invoices, payment records, and filing systems (physical & digital) in line with company policies.
  • Customer Service – Attend to customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Fleet & License Management – Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance, insurance, and road tax renewals; liaise with JPJ, Puspakom, and related authorities.
  • Reporting – Prepare sales and rental reports, track collections, and provide operational updates for management review.
  • General Support – Assist with office coordination, petty cash, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in admin, operations, or sales (car rental/logistics/automotive preferred).
  • Good command of BM & English; proficient in MS Office.
  • Sales-driven, customer-oriented, detail-minded, and proactive.
  • Possess valid Class D driving license (advantage).
