Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all the transfer, setup and maintenance of equipment in line with ACD product transfer from Fuzhou.
  • ​To maintain and improve equipment uptime.  
  • ​Identify and quantifies quality problems associated with equipment and / or processes and provide solutions.
  • ​Always ensure the equipment implemented deliver the good and right quality services/product to the customers. 
  • ​Drive technical project tasks to completion in accordance with the project schedule 
  • ​Performs any other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor from time to time. 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor or Diploma in Science/ Engineering preferably majoring in Mechatronics or Mechanical with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in equipment maintenance (functional skills).
     

Skills

  • ​Strong hardware skills to diagnose, assembly and support variety of production equipment. 
  • ​Good computer literacy and basic SPC knowledge 
  • ​Must exhibit a strong sense of analytical skills with hands on working attitude. 
  • ​Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes to the business needs of the company. 
  • ​Experience working in high mix and high volume manufacturing environment, and/or assembly, SMT, PCBA manufacturing environment will be an added advantage. 
  • ​Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis, poka-yoke principles will be an added advantage.
  • ​Experience in supervising a team of maintenance personnel will be an added advantage.
  • ​Willing to work shift​.
