Job Summary:

  • Location: Senai, Johor
  • Salary: Basic up to RM7,000 + AWS
  • Working Hours: 5 days per week

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and resolve in-process, outgoing, and customer quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate MRB meetings for quality failures, ensuring timely disposition and follow-up closure.
  • Oversee in-process and finished product inspections, develop quality plans, and drive continuous improvement with process and equipment teams.
  • Conduct product and process risk analysis to ensure proper identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks.
  • Perform internal process audits and track monthly quality performance, including in-process, outgoing, and customer complaint metrics.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
  • Familiar with quality tools and standards such as QC 7 Tools, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Six Sigma, and ISO 9001.
