Our client OpenSys Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Telesales Representative to join their team

Are you passionate about renewable energy and have a knack for sales? This role offers a unique opportunity to promote solar products and services, making a significant impact on the environment while achieving your career goals.

What you'll be doing?
  • Engage with clients: Conduct cold calls to potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable solar products or services.
  • Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, ensuring continuous growth and success.
  • Maintain records: Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the system.
  • Follow up: Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending customer decisions to ensure timely conversions.
  • Handle objections: Professionally handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to overcome challenges.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experience: Proven 1-2 years' experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Industry knowledge: Experience in the solar renewable industry will be an added advantage.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Technical proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems to streamline sales processes.
  • Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
