JOB DESCRIPTION

Data Engineering/ Data Management:

Management and delivery of analytics infrastructure focused on data acquisition, data storage, automation allowing capabilities to deliver upon data analysis and data action. This includes but is not limited to management of current databases, data lake and enterprise data hub, data gap identification and capture, internal system integration, text and unstructured data capture and external data collection

Data Analysis and Modelling:

Management of end to end campaign leads generation to source leads across all sales channel focusing on acquisition, cross selling and retention including performance tracking

Data modeling and machine learning covering and not limited to response modeling, segmentation, profitability

Generation and maintenance of reliable fast and flexible customer, product portfolio analysis tools including self-service performance dashboards.

Data Monetization:

Lead the ideation of use cases for the purpose of cost saving, cost avoidance and revenue generation based on development and innovation of data products through collaboration with business units.

People Management:

Develop, coach and retain strong expert matter teams, building team capability across data analyst, data scientist and data engineers.

Build and nurture strong relationship with senior stakeholders across the bank

Project Management:

Provide project management expertise and support to business sponsors

Secure and maintain relationships with interdependent project/business area management. Establish and manage appropriate project risk, opportunities, change and issue management procedures.
