Horticulture intern

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily farm operations including planting, maintenance, pest management, and harvesting.

Support the nursery team in seed germination, transplanting, and monitoring plant health.

Collect and record data on crop performance, nutrient levels, and environmental conditions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm facilities and equipment.

Participate in corporate and community engagement activities related to urban farming.

Support farm supervisors in improving workflow and operational efficiency.

Assist in preparing reports, photos, and documentation for internal updates or client reports.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree student in Horticulture, Agriculture, Plant Science, Biotechnology, Environmental Science, or related field.

Passionate about sustainable farming, plants, and innovation.

Willing to work both indoors and outdoors in farm environments.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Positive attitude, responsible, and eager to learn.
